Our Escape Room Themes are a mix of tech and logic and are immersive, and fun!

Can I book the entire room?Yes. Currently all of our games are private experiences, so you will only play with those you book in your party. *There is a minimum number of players for some games, which you will see when you book your reservation. It does not mean you need 3/4 (depending on minimum) players, but you must purchase that number of tickets to reserve that time slot.

Can I book by phone or online?We greatly encourage booking online, as it is user friendly and sends you automatic confirmations and reminders via email. Feel free to call us with other questions, however, we are happy to assist you with how to use our online booking tool.

Do you have Private Events?Absolutely! We offer private team building events Monday - Thursday before normal hours of operation OR Sundays after hours. If you wish to book outside of these times, please give us a call or (preferably) send us an email and we will work to help you plan your event.

Do You Take Walk-Ins?We are open for walk-in games on Saturday and Sundays. Otherwise, we generally open by appointment only. Games may be booked up to 1 hour ahead. If you wish to book within an hour, please give us a call to check availability.

Do you sell Gift Cards?Yes! If you click on Book Now, you'll see a button for "Gift Vouchers" in the top left hand corner. That is our gift cards and can be used for any holiday or occasion.

Do I have to meet the minimum players to book the game?Some of our games require a minimum of 3-4 players. This is typically due to the puzzles in the game. You may play with fewer players if you wish, but you must purchase the minimum number of slots. For example: Game A has a minimum of 4 players to book. You wish to book/play with 2 players. --You must book and pay the 4 person minimum in order to play that game.

Are you wheelchair accessible?Yes. We are happy to assist you in any way, and you are welcome to contact us by phone to let us know of any expectation you have to better serve you. There are select theme rooms that have limited spacing.

How do I reschedule or cancel?Using your email confirmation, click on the link provided to move your appointment at least 48 hours in advance free of charge. Cancellations can be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

When should we arrive?15 minutes prior to your appointment time for your briefing.

How's parking & traffic?We have ample parking & carpooling is advised but not necessary. Please account for traffic as your game may have to go on without you and your ticket(s) may be forfeited.

What if my group has more than 12 people?If booking for a group larger than the allotted slots, simply book multiple games. We will try to accommodate same start times, based on availability. This is usually difficult on Saturday/Sunday, though if you give us a call we will try to work it in.

Do you have Military Discount?Yes we offer a 10% discount to any booking of 3 or more people. This discount is only available to use over the phone and a game guide will add the discount to your booking. Then they will check your military ID when you come in for your game.
